Church and Hall Rentals

Our Church has facilities and furniture available to rent for such occasions as weddings, parties, picnics and religious events. We also have a house on our property which we lease for up to one-year agreements. Below you will find a list for rental prices of our Church facilities and rental house.

Prices for Stewards

• There is a required Refundable Damage Deposit of $100 for stewards and $200 for non-stewards.
• To guarantee a rental, there is a required Guarantee Deposit of 50% of the rental fee at time of booking for both steward and non-steward.
• A Janitorial Fee of $0.50 per person, or $100 minimum, to both steward and non-steward.
• A discounted rate of 30% will be applied to rental fees for scheduled events that consist of 3 or more times per calendar year by a single solitary organization or family.
• Steward status is determined as a steward of 6 consecutive months of the Saint Sava Serbian Orthodox Church of Issaquah, Washington, at the time of rental.
• Chairs and tables can be rented as follows: stewards: $0.50 per chair, $5 per table. Non-stewards: $1 per chair, $10 per table. Renter is responsible to pick up and return chairs and tables in clean condition. Repair or replacement of damaged chairs and tables will borne by the renter.
